[PATCH applied] Re: Extract multi_check_dest_addr_allowed from multi_process_float

Fairly straightforward - extract the check bits, introduce an early
return (so indent changes, of course) but "same code overall".

BB agrees, including t_server test...

(Technically this is in reply to the v15 that was sent to the list,
but v19 is the very same change after 4 extra rebases...)

Your patch has been applied to the master branch.
