This is unsual.  Normally it should display something here, but it
might be that the client is sending 0.0.0.0 and "something in the printing
function" gets it wrong.

You'd need at the client logs to see what is happening.  Especially if
there is another VPN running at the same time, this might interfere
(routing, ip config overlap).
