Poptop and Radius

Hi all,
Think I might need a second pair of eyes, I have racking my brain too
long on this one. Anyway here's the issue I'm experiencing. I have PPTPD
setup and was working great with chap-secrets, but I'm moving to a radius on
a different server for user authentication. I have the radius server setup
and I can authenticate via Radius through SSH and libpam-radius-auth just
fine. But with my PPTPD server setup to auth against RADIUS, it fails. I
don't see any logging on the RADIUS server when I use PPTPD so
I'm assuming PPTPD is not send anything to the Radius server. I'm
most likely missing something small and need a second pair of eyes to take a
look. Here is my setup, pretty standard.
OS= Ubuntu 9.4

I'm going to omit the dictionary files as they are correct, I do see the
radius plugins loading, but it's not even attempting to contact my radius
server, as my radius server logs don't show any attempt being made. But on
the same server if I authenticate via Radius PAM I'm able to login, and my
radius logs show the connection. I'm pretty much at a loss now and any help
or ideas would be great. I have tried this same setup on Ubuntu 10.4 as well
with the same results, which leads me to believe it's something I'm doing.
