The basic answer is "no, the PPTP VPN server cannot do something to allow 
a client behind NAT to use PPTP VPN". If the gateway doing NAT does things 
correctly, then it will 'just work'. If the gateway does not do NAT 
correctly, there is nothing the PPTP server can do to correct things.
