There is no syntax for range in the documentation, however "man pppd"
does say the three fields "may be followed by a list of the IP addresses
that the specified client may use when connecting to the specified
server".  So try a list.

Check with the pppd mailing list perhaps?  It has nothing to do with
pptpd, we're only using pppd as supplied.
