pptpctrl invocation

Hello,

while looking for some other issue, I came across the following line
in pptpmanager.c:486:

|       ctrl_argv[pptpctrl_argc++] = PPTP_CTRL_BIN "                                ";

That existed since the initial commit, but what's the reason for
padding extra spaces after the program's path? The only thing I can
think of was to hide further parameters from from "ps" output. That
was rather weird, though.
