I’m running proftpd 1.3.6 (compiled from source) on macOS High Sierra.

My system time and timezone are correctly set, I have set 'TimesGMT off’ in my proftpd.conf’s <Global> context and defined TZ environment variable in my org.proftpd.proftpd.plist launchd file like so:

	<key>EnvironmentVariables</key>
		<dict>
			<key>TZ</key>
			<string>EEST</string>
		</dict>

Regardless the proftpd timestamps in my syslog are printed two hours behind indicating GMT.

What can I do to correct them?
