On a new implementation of RHEL 7.6, attempting to run the ProFTPD
configure script, here is the command line followed by the full error
message:

[root@ftp00 bin]# /ProFTPD/./configure
-bash: /ProFTPD/./configure: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or
directory

Directory /bin/ contains:
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root     4 May 30 14:28 sh -> bash

Please help me to get the configure shell script to run. Currently have no
options customization.

Paul Merlo
