Hello, Success! I installed ProFTPD after first installing EPEL. I used RHEL Knowledgbase article "How to Use Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux (EPEL)" and LiquidWeb Knowlegbase article "How to Install ProFTPD on Centos 7".
