[Proftpd-user] FEAT command non standard reply?

Hello,

i use proftpd 1.3.6 on debian buster. When using mod-lang to enable UTF8 and connecting with filezilla-client, some chars (öäß) does not  work.
It seems the response to FEAT is not RFC compilant.
The output is

FEAT
211-Features:
211-CLNT
....
211-TVFS
211-UTF8
211 End

but should be:
FEAT
211-Features:
  MDTM
  ....
  EPRT
211 End

Something like this was fixed 2006:
