[Proftpd-user] Performance tuning

Hey all,

I have a customer that is experiencing slow uploads via sftp.  They are sending hundreds of small files instead of one big zip.  I get that one file will always be faster.  My goal is to tune the server if possible, to be as fast as possible for the many smaller files.  I will employ google foo to see what I can find, however I thought I pick your collective brains as well.
