Hello, ProFTPD community. The ProFTPD Project team is pleased to
announce that the third release candidate for ProFTPD 1.3.8 is now
available for public consumption.

You can download 1.3.8rc3, including PGP signatures and SHA256 sums,

The 1.3.8rc3 release fixes a number of issues and features, including:

  + Support for OpenSSH GCM ciphers, Encrypt-Then-MAC (ETM) digests
  + Support for the newer PCRE2 library for regular expressions
  * Improved consistency/support for name-based virtual hosts
