In debug mode (proftpd -nd10), I don't see anything constructive. User 
is logging, then he is changing folder to other account succesfully (but 
he shouldn't in fact) and thats it.

Folders of accounts have permissions 770 or 775 - nothing. In fact users 
can go to other accounts respectivly with users primary groups. These 
additional groups completly don't work.
