Hello, ProFTPD community. The ProFTPD Project team is pleased to
announce that the third release candidate for ProFTPD 1.3.10 is now
available for public consumption.

The 1.3.10rc3 release includes new features and numerous bugfixes,
including:

  + Implemented the "copy-data" SFTP extension for server-side copying
    of files by SFTP clients.

  + Fixed SFTP packet buffer overflow for authenticated users.

  + Fixed mod_exec regression with handling of ExecEnviron settings.

  + Enforced configured access policies properly for some FTP `SITE`
    commands and SFTP requests.
