Pump and Lease Time

Hello,

Having an issue and was wondering if I could get some
insight.

My DHCP server is working properly for all except 1.

Redhat 7.2 using pump.  He is setup for manual dhcp
with unlimited lease time.  This works for over 100
other clients.  For some reason, when he gets an
address, the lease time is set for 12 hours.

What are the possible configuration files / scripts
that could be changed to overide the leasetime sent by
the DHCP server?
