Hi everybody,
I'm facing a strange log problem on a freshly compiled pureftd, my system is a slack 10.2
and I compiled pure-ftpd from source with following command :

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/pureftpd-1.0.20 --enable-dependency-tracking --without-sendfile \
--with-ratios --with-quotas --with-largefile --with-diraliases --with-mysql --with-privsep \
--with-tls --without-sendfile --with-altlog --with-cookie

almost everything is working fine, except for logs, every time I create a directory, the log
file states something similiar to this :

Dec 1 19:16:52 domftp-2 pure-ftpd: ([email protected]@10.39.86.25) [INFO] Can't change directory to 3:
No such file or directory

(this was after I created a directory called 3)

the log is configured in this way in syslog :

local0.* -/var/log/myfile

and pure ftp is starting with "-f local0" as switch

does anybody have an idea ?

tnx

M.
