I was wondering if there is a limitation with pure-ftp, or any issues (stability), or can it handle it? if it can? is there any option of allowing users to RESUME their uploads if they are disconnected half way through the upload?

Hi,
to enble files > 2GB you should compile pureftpd with --with-largefile option,
and the -K switch should allow uploads to be resumed
