Hi Raul

If your networking is setup is OK. Have a look at you password and
password
encryption settings.  I was caught out by this when I first set pure-ftp
up,
possibly using the same distribution (Debian install).  I assumed the
password was encrypted using MD5 at the mysql end  - it wasn't.  Might
be an
idea to check that.
