Dear All,

    If anyone has tried this patch, please notice that I have written the
wrong parameter
 specification in README.UTF8. The correct one is:

  -8   charset of file system (default: utf-8)
  -9   charset of charset (default: utf-8)

  The file in the URL was updated.
