Question on log analysis

We've been running a Pure-FTPd server here for well over a year now, and
I've got about 18 months of transfer logs built up in CLF format.  Well,
the other day, someone asked that they be analyzed. =20

After doing much research and googling, I'm coming up empty trying to
analyze CLF format, but can analyze STATS format easily. =20

So, is there a simple way to analyze the CLF log format, or even better,
convert it to the STATS format so that I could use the FTPstats
software?
