Are you refering to the two mails you've sent to this mail list?
I don't think pureftp's support is reading here. I'm subscribed
to this list for over a year now and have never seen a mail
originated from pureftp, even after directly been addressed and
being asked for an answer.

My understanding is that you have to pay to get support or
have to hope that the same issue comes up on this list and
somebody knows the answer. At least that's what I read of
https://www.pureftpd.org/project/pure-ftpd/support/
and what I've seen on this list so far.
