[pure-ftpd] FTP uploads and TLS1.3

Hi,

New list member, so apologies if this has been covered already.

FTP uploads to pure-ftpd which use TLS 1.3 can fail unexpectedly. The =
issue is not specific to pure-ftpd, is well documented and so I'll not =
regurgitate it here.

Are there plans to workaround this in pure-ftpd?
