vtysh is a shell for quagga. Zebra is a routing manager for some quagga 
components.

You're asking some questions that could be solved with quick search for 
the internet or reading man pages. I think you should do a bit of 
background reading on quagga. The people on this list are willing to 
help, but they prefer to work with people who do a bit of research 
before coming to the list with questions.
