[quagga-users 14906] OSPF configuration and link loss

Hi, I'm running Quagga on mininet and I've noticed a weird behavior.
When I change the link loss the routing table produced by OSPF are 
different than when there's no loss, however OSPF should not be aware of 
this.

Is this a desired behavior or am I missing something else?
