[quagga-users 14970] much less received prefix than usual from neighbor

Hi

I have 2 providers.  Also I have 2 routers. These routers have an ibgp
between eachother.
If i set smaller local-preferences value for a quagga, The quagga sends
much less prefix to other bgp router as following;

On the other router ( 10.29.126.29 )

If i set equal values as default these prefixes amount closes to the
10.29.126.29.( will be about 520000 )

Is this situate normal ?
