[rancid] Using rancid with jump server

I'm already install rancid and used it with cisco router and switch. in the
next case i should use jump server who have access to network device inside
a lan. so the topology is  rancid server access >  jump server (router)
access > network device (router & switch) is it possible? if yes what
should i do modify .clogin file or?? for your information yes the jump
server is a cisco router.
