rdesktop 1.7.1 released

We are glad to announce a new bugfix release of rdesktop, version 1.7.1.
This release fixes a few big issues with 64bit build, license handling
with Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server and some other minor fixes.

Key changes:
   * Fix clipboard issue when not building with unicode support
   * Fix compilation against newer PCSC lite versions
   * Fix for per-device license mode on Windows 2008 R2 terminal server
   * Fix building 64bit version with static openssl linkage
   * Rewrite of smartcard handling for 64bit support, fixes several bugs
