Thank you for your response. Sorry to write a new email, the conversation to the devel maillist I see it yesterday in gmail its actual complete disappear Oo. I need to resarch in SourceForge archive. > Did you compile rdesktop from source? If so, you can add --enable-debug > --enable-debug-smartcard to your ./configure command line to get (much) > more verbosity from rdesktop regarding the smartcard. Yes, i have compiled rdesktop from source. Here is the actual configure settings. ./configure --enable-smartcard --enable-debug --enable-debug-smartcard The version is rdesktop-1.6.0 libpcsclite1 1.3.2-5 libpcsclite-dev 1.3.2-5 pkg-config 0.21-1 >if the problem is not obvious, try running it under gdb: gdb --args >rdesktop -r scard [...]; when it crashes type 'where' and send the >output to this list. Ok, here is the output from gdm # gdm /usr/src/rdesktop-1.6.0/rdesktop (gdb) run -r scard 192.168.10.3 Starting program: /usr/src/rdesktop-1.6.0/rdesktop -r scard 192.168.10.3 Failed to read a valid object file image from memory. Also in new Terminal sessions. I hope this still useful for you.
