If I will set (keymaps/ko) "map 0xe0010412", then strtol 
is overflowed.

"strtol" must to change "strtoul", and type 
of "g_keylayout" must to be "unsigned char".

For japanese environment, ketmaps/ja   "map 0xe0010411"...
