Summary: crash on VirtualBox RDP and -P enabled

Initial Comment:
Hello there :)

So, I'm using rdesktop to connect to VirtualBox RDP service (i.e. the server is not the underlying guest OS but the VM itself).
When I'm starting rdesktop with -P specified, eventually it crashes displaying the following text:

X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 53 (X_CreatePixmap)
  Value in failed request: 0x0
Serial number of failed request: 172347
Current serial number in output stream: 172677

This usually happens when a large redraw takes place. For example, the easiest way to reproduce the bug (at least for me) is:
1) connect: rdesktop -f -z -P 192.168.X.X
2) open window with many stuff it in (ISE Webpack for me) and maximize it.
3) playing with taskbar button, minimize and restore the application, forcing large amount of redraws
4) the more clicks — the faster bug will appear. In my case I may trigger it after 3 seconds of mad clicking.

Hope this will help somehow.

P.S: All take place in 100 Mbps LAN with almost no activity (except for me).
P.P.S: It depends on screen size, but I think it just timing issues. So 1280x800x24bpp may trigger the bug almost instantaneously whereas 800x600 may not.
