Summary: Patch to modify Ctrl-Alt-End to send Ctrl-Alt-Delete

Initial Comment:
Patch to modify Ctrl-Alt-End to send Ctrl-Alt-Delete. When running "rdesktop" under the SunRay Desktop Access Client there is no way to send Ctrl-Alt-Delete to rdesktop if your local Window Manager eats it. This patch allows Ctrl-Alt-End to send Ctrl-Alt-Delete. This is the same key combination Microsoft Remote Desktop Client uses.
