Summary: select: invalid file descriptor

Initial Comment:
hello,
on some internal application that uses sound (redirected to local system).
we get:
ERROR: select: invalid file descriptor
infinite times.

unfortunately i can't provide the internal application.

it happened with both 1.4.1 and 1.5.0 on few Linux machines.

the sound is sluggish but works up to this point.

Windows rdp control works flawlessly.

Thanks,
Nuhum Beker

Thanks a not for putting the patch in a temporary directory, instead of
attaching it here. It doesn't exist any longer...

The patch found at http://purple.the-7.net/~ab/Temporary/9lPSnWC2fd/ fixes
the problem (at least for me), which was caused by g_dsp_busy (as well as
the residual data in sound packet buffer) not being cleared upon
server-initiated closure of the sound device.

Same problem - Debian Etch, rdesktop 1.5.0
This is a 64bit system, maybe that has something to do with it.
