pending patches in Debian

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of rdesktop in Debian.
Some users send patches to me, that may be helpful to you, upstream.

The first is about don't duplicate mouse wheel events. The bugreport[1]
says:
Unix has a mouse scroll event button press followed by release
for that button number.  For windows just send button press and
skip button release.  If the release is sent, it is treated as
a second scroll action on the windows side.  Tested with Windows XP.

The second is about make right Alt usable. Its bugreport[2] says:
If AltGr is down, leave it down, the translators list
when it needs to be added not removed.
It's either already held for the key (if the keyboard mappings are
the same), or it isn't and isn't required for that keysym.
Currently for en-us keyboard layouts the right alt is nearly
useless.  It can't be used with any other key in chording
such as Alt-F4, Alt-F, Alt-Left, Alt-Right, trying will
send an Alt_R up before and Alt_R down after causing windows to
see it as if the Alt_R wasn't held.
I think this is a good compromise, those who are using Alt_R for
AltGr composition will be used to not holding it when pressing
other keys, and for the rest of us it will finally work.

Last, the third one fixes redirected disk file transfer in MS
Windows 7/Server 2008 R2. It says[3]:
When using redirected disk share (rdesktop -r disk:<sharename>=<path>)
in MS Windows 7/Server 2008 R2, file transfer fails with error message
in rdesktop NOT IMPLEMENTED: IRP Query Volume Information: 0x7.

There's one which is about manpage[4]:
"rdesktop --help" displays some information on the "-r clipboard"
option. The man page does not contain this.

Would you please check these patches and if they are appropriate, then
apply them to trunk? Any new release is coming soon?
