Summary: rdisk: made file operations case insensitive

Initial Comment:
This patch changes disk_create() to search for files in an
case-insensitive manner.  It tries for exact name first, and -- when
not found -- it searches the directory for a file with different case.

This is done recursively and works for paths with multiple subdirectories.
