Initial Comment:
Trivial patch to add _NET_WM_STATE_STICKY support using command line option ('-Y') to cause the client to be sticky / appear on all workspaces. Useful on dual screen setups, rdesktop on one monitor, x desktop on another. Does not apply in seamless mode
