issue installing fontis rdesktop

I get the following error when I issue the command ./bootstrap in step 3 of the installation guide:
 
./bootstrap: 3: autoreconf: not found
 
I tried downloading from here:
 
wget http://www.fontis.com.au/system/files/rdesktop_src.tar.gz
 
and also from here:
 
http://www.fontis.com.au/system/files/rdesktop_src.tar.gz
 
I am installing on Ubuntu 10.4 Lucid (32 bit). 
 
Please let me know if you need any further information to troubleshoot this issue.
