Initial Comment:
Patch of version 1.6.0

1. Allow multiple successful calls to "rdesktop -P", by appending pid to the cache filename.
2. Handle automatic removal of cache files (at normal exit). This is to avoid high disk space consumption, which could happen while creating many unique cache files over a long period of time.
