Summary: Keyboard Problems (Shift-Key, Strg, Alt, AltGr)

Initial Comment:
hello,

we got rdesktop 1.2.0 running with a windows 2000
Terminal Server SP3.
Our users are experiencing problems with keyboard
shortcuts, where keys are not working when they are hit
the first time (shift does not make right away upper
case letters, Strg-p does not call the printing menu and
so on.... ).
The terminal server is running RDP 5 and i found out that
rdesktop is running with RDP 4 version.

Could that be the error?
When yes, where do i get a patch to upgrade the
rdesktop RDP 4 --> RDP 5?
How do i install it?

I'm new into all of the rdesktop, thanks for all help
allready now.

regards

florian

Can you try the latest versions: 1.4.1 and/or the CVS version?

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
