Category: None Group: None >Status: Closed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Peter Åstrand (astrand) Summary: Alt-Fkey usage Initial Comment: Hi! I'm using SuSE 9.2 Pro connecting to an XP Pro machine to use rconsole to connect to a Novell 4.11/5.1 server. Rconsole on XP requires the use of the key sequences Alt-F1 to Alt-F10 but when I use them, they are executed locally on my SuSE machine. Is there any way round this so that they are executed on the XP machine. I've tried to sent them as Special Characters, but they still get executed on SuSE, and in the case of Alt-F4, closing the rdesktop window. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Al. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Samuel (samhed) Date: 2011-07-20 10:28 Message: Closing due to inactivity from the submitter. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Peter Åstrand (astrand) Date: 2005-08-03 14:55 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=344921 Which version of rdesktop are you using? I think this is a Suse and/or window manager problem. Can you try the latest rdesktop on some other Linux distribution or with some other desktop? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=381348&aid=1065123&group_id=24366 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 10 Tips for Better Web Security Learn 10 ways to better secure your business today.
