Initial Comment:
I am trying to parse the headers for remote desktop.

I just like to ask if the value for 
MCS_INITIAL_CONNECT (0x7f65) is fixed and will never 
change in every RDP connection.

And also, is there any document posted regarding this 
information? Can I ask for it?..

Another is the BER_TAG_BOOLEAN = 01 and the 
upward flag = 0xff. Are there any instances that their 
value will change?
