Summary: Forced fullscreen mode and related requests

Initial Comment:
Four things:
1) Keep rdesktop in fullscreen mode such that you don't
allow users to switch to window mode

Reason: In an organization where there are many Windows
users, allowing rdesktop to be run on Linux would allow
a sys admin better control over his or her systems.  A
sys admin would only need to run a few terminal
services boxes (and round robins those boxes), and
maintain patches on those few terminal services boxes
versus having all the client machines run Windows.  A
good sys admin would be able to keep his client
machines that are running Linux patched, and locked
down.  Since all the client machines are running Linux,
the only thing sys admin has to worry about is security
on those client machines.  In terms of Windows viruses,
only the terminal boxes would get a virus.  As control
over those Windows boxes is kept in the hands of a good
sys admin (hopefully), these boxes would be primarily
virus free.  (Additionally, they would have to be,
since they become vital systems)

2) When a user uses "log out" on the Windows side,
keeps rdesktop open.  This feature would be useful for
a locked up linux account which can only run rdesktop.

This way, the backbone of the client machine is Linux.
 You get the security and protection of running a Linux
machine, but still the same resources as a Windows machine.

3) When rdesktop quits, can give it an option to also
log out of Linux

Login and logging out could then integrate with
X-server.  A user auths via Linux using some
authorization scheme, and rdesktop launchs immediately.

4) Secured transmissions between rdesktop server and
client [I don't know if this is possible, but only a
suggestion]

Moved to Feature Requests.
While I do understand why one would like rdesktop to allow these kind of
features, it is probably not the direction the program will go. There are
programs I know of that use rdesktop and put functionalities like the ones
you are describing on top of it. 
If you want more specific tips on what programs I am talking of you should
send me a private message.
