Summary: DST Time Zone Bug

Initial Comment:
On the 1.7.x series of rdesktop, the DST bug has once again appear to show as it looks like the old US DST time zones (pre-2007) are still being used via hard-code.   Non-administrative users are not able to see the correct time.   In the 1.6.x series , there was a patch (2168898) to correct this, but the patch doesn't work on rdesktop 1.7

A workaround to this bug is to complete the following

run w32tm /tz 

You will see the problem with GTB, normaltid for Standard Time and GTB, sommartid for Daylight Time.  
Double click the clock, uncheck, then recheck DST, click Apply, click OK.

run w32tm /tz  again 

The proper DST settings should be listed and the time will correct itself automatically if the server is connect to an NTP source.  Otherwise, force a resync of the system.
