Summary: xinerama support patch (again)

Initial Comment:
This patch fixes the problem with rdesktop spreading to all screens in full screen mode when running with xinerama extension. We now have rdesktop in version 1.6.0 and unfortunately the problem still exists. The first patches for this issue i found was for version 1.4.1. I slightly modified mentioned patch. Now it is working fine in mine configuration. The benefit over previous patch is that the full screen is making on active (where the cursor is) xinerama screen - IMHO this solution should fit all needs and it is much more flexible when for example i'd like to move the window from one screen to another (ctrl+alt+enter, on one screen, then move cursor to the destination screen and ctrl+alt+enter again).
