Migrate to Allura, donation tracking

Hi. As you perhaps know, Sourceforge is introducing a new platform called=
=20
"Allura". Old projects can quite easily migrate. There are several=20
advantages of doing so:

* SF want projects to migrate, and they are not working on the old=20
framework any longer. Support cases are often closed with "wont fix".

* The new interface is nicer and should be easier to use.

Howevere, there's one small problem: "If you have donations enabled, ther=
e=20
will be a Donate link that will allow donations. However, it will be a=20
direct link to the PayPal donation page, and individual donors will no=20
longer be tracked or displayed."

Perhaps SF will fix this problem in the future. Or, we can handle it some=
=20
other way, such as manually publishing donations on www.rdesktop.org, if=20
the donor wants.

My conclusion is that we should proceed with the migration to Allura, but=
=20
if anyone objects, please say so. If there are no objections, I will do=20
the migration 2012-11-28.
