can't upgrade license error

Hello All,

After updating all of our Windows 2003 servers from SP1 to SP2, on 1 of
the 5 i get the error  " disconnect: Can't upgrade license".It acts like a
connection is going to take place ,but then the error/disconnect happens.
This has worked fine till SP2 update,,:( I can telnet to port 3389 fine on
this server.
Anyone have any thoughts?
