Shell option (-s) won't work

I'm trying to use seamless RDP mode w/ WindowsXP Pro (legit version). No users are currently logged into the XP box (no sessions open). When I run the command: rdesktop -A -s 'C:\seamlessrdp\seamlessrdpshell.exe notepad' -u Administrator -p - 192.168.1.210 I get a full-resolution window with the explorer shell loaded. I also checked the task manager and seamlessrdpshell.exe is not running. What could be wrong?
