thanks for you answer. I downloaded the patch from https://www.fontis.com.au/system/files/rdesktop.patch but when I execute ./bootstrap, I get the following message: ./bootstrap: line 3: autoreconf: command not found I looked around a bit but can't get this right. Can you advice? I'm running Ubuntu 7.04. regards Bart. You could try our "seamlessrdp tooltips" (#1715356) and "seamlessrdp topmost windows" (#1715359) patches from the sourceforge patches tracker.
