It was just a clean install of Vista Business, and configured Vista's remote desktop to allow connections from any version of remote desktop. I also performed all upgrades from Microsoft. Nothing else... I'm using rdesktop-1.5.0-22 from openSUSE 10.2 repositories which you can find at http://ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/update/10.2 I've also checked their source rpm and found out that it has a few patches applied on top of a "vanilla" 1.5.0 but, It seems that there is nothing related to this discussion. Nevertheless, you can check it at http://ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/update/10.2/rpm/src/rdesktop-1.5.0-22.src.rpm Hope this helps you in some way...
