Feature Request 1503136 - rdp monitoring w/ Nagios

[3rd resend attempt -- msg apparently never made it]

I wanted to get back on track with this.  My thoughts are:

1) Make a modified binary using rdesktop's libs, and/or modify rdesktop,
   to support a non-X11 function mode (negotiate the protocol, never
   draw the X11 window, exit after authentication)

2) Do something really-hella-ugly such as fork an instance of Xvfb(8) on
   localhost:1.0, export $DISPLAY, and feed rdesktop(1) sufficient flags
   to ensure that it runs in non-interactive mode.

   The problem here is getting performance details about the service 
   (protocol details).

    Perhaps compile with protocol debug flags.
