This is sooo strange. seamless_restack_test() doesn't talk to the WTS at
all; only the local X server. Before my "fix", seamless_restack_test was
called from ui_init, which is executed before even connecting to the WTS.
I fail to understand how some local X server communication can cause these
RDP errors. Perhaps some kind of uninitialized memory or something like
that.
